Placing an order is easy. Simply browse our lawn products, select the items you want and then add them to your cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout, to enter your delivery details and payment information. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is complete.

In most cases the courier will leave the goods somewhere safe if they are able to do so. Or they may leave a calling card with contact details for you to rearrange.
Our distribution team takes great care to pick, package and transport our products.
However, if you do receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can rectify this for you. You’ll need to take photos of any damaged goods.If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help. We might be able to modify or cancel orders that have not yet been dispatched.
You can cancel your order within 14 days of ordering.

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll process a full refund including the delivery cost.
If your order has been dispatched you can still return it to us. You should complete the online cancellation form. Once your request is approved, you’ll need to send the goods back to us in an unused and resellable condition. After we receive and inspect the items, we’ll issue a refund for the product cost, minus any return shipping costs.
The funds will be credited back to your original payment method.
