Green Shot uses a damp-grade formula that breaks down faster than standard soluble iron, giving you quick, even greening with less water needed to activate it.

For greening up:

Check our lawn measurement tool for the correct rate
Remove the filter from your sprayer to prevent blockages
Mix your measured amount in a minimum of 10 litres of water per 100m² and apply evenly using a garden sprayer
Avoid spraying on hard surfaces as it will stain
Water in within 48 hours if no rain is forecast

To dehydrate moss

Check our lawn measurement tool for the correct rate
Remove the filter from your sprayer to prevent blockages
Mix your measured amount in a minimum of 10 litres of water per 100m² and apply evenly using a garden sprayer
Avoid spraying on hard surfaces as it will stain
Apply 7 to 14 days before your lawn renovation to weaken moss and make it easier to rake out, or alternatively after the renovation to dehydrate the moss

Q: How quickly will I see results?

You'll see the lawn greening within 2 to 5 days and moss blackening within days of application.

Q: Will it stain my patio or driveway?

Yes as iron will stain hard surfaces. Avoid overspray and rinse any splashes immediately.

Q: Can I use it year round?

Yes, it works in any season.

Q: How long does it last?

2 to 7 weeks depending on the time of year and how much growth there is. In winter it will last longer due to slower growth.

Q: Is it safe for kids and pets?

Yes, once watered in and dry. Grazing pets like rabbits and guinea pigs should be kept off for two weeks or three cuts, whichever comes first.
